PowerPoint to PDF — online tool, included with Pro

Export a PowerPoint presentation (.ppt or .pptx) as a PDF for sharing, printing or uploading where a fixed layout is required. Every slide becomes a page with fonts embedded and images at full quality, so the deck looks the same on a phone, a projector or a reviewer's laptop that does not have PowerPoint. This conversion runs on our servers, so it needs a signed-in account with an active plan; your file is processed once, and the converted file is kept for up to an hour so you can download it, then deleted automatically.

PowerPoint to PDF runs on our secure servers and is included with a CraftMyDocs Pro plan. Uploaded files are deleted automatically after processing.

  • One page per slide, in slide order, with hidden slides excluded
  • Fonts embedded so typography survives on any device
  • Images, charts, SmartArt and shapes are rendered as displayed in PowerPoint
  • Slide hyperlinks remain clickable in the PDF
  • Server-side processing with automatic deletion afterwards

Frequently asked questions

Can I include speaker notes or handout layouts?

This tool exports slides only, one per page. For notes pages or 3-up handouts, use PowerPoint's own Print to PDF with the layout you need; that output can then be merged, compressed or watermarked here.

Are embedded videos included?

A PDF cannot play PowerPoint's embedded video, so the slide shows the video's poster frame. Add a link to the hosted video on the slide if viewers need to watch it.

Why does a font look different in the PDF?

If a font used in the deck is not embedded in the .pptx and is not a standard font, the converter substitutes the nearest match. Embed fonts in PowerPoint (File → Options → Save → Embed fonts in the file) before converting to keep them exact.

Does a Keynote or Google Slides deck work?

Export it as .pptx first (both applications can), then upload. Google Slides' direct PDF download is also fine for simple decks; use this tool when you need embedded fonts or consistent rendering across a long presentation.
