Will I be charged automatically on renewal?
Yes — Pro is an auto-renewing subscription. A plan that starts at an introductory price renews at the standard price shown next to the buy button; both the amount and the renewal date are shown before you pay. You can cancel anytime from Dashboard → Billing.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes. Cancel anytime from Dashboard → Billing or by emailing support@craftmydocs.com. Cancelling stops future renewals and you keep full Pro access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
What is the difference between Free and Pro?
Free gives you unlimited resumes and cover letters, standard ATS templates, plain-text (TXT) download, the PDF and LinkedIn importers, and 20 bonus AI credits on signup. Pro adds PDF and DOCX export, all 1,000+ premium templates, the ATS Resume Checker, the AI PDF tools and full AI generators, and 500 AI credits every month.
Is the ATS Resume Checker free?
No. Every ATS scan — including the basic scan without a job description — requires a signed-in account on an active Pro plan. Building, editing, customising and importing resumes stay free.
Are taxes included in the price?
In India, yes — prices shown in INR include 18% GST, so the amount displayed is the amount charged, and a GST invoice with the CGST/SGST breakdown is issued for every payment. Outside India, prices exclude VAT and sales tax: Paddle calculates the exact tax for your billing country and shows it at checkout before you confirm.
Who processes my payment?
Paddle.com acts as our Merchant of Record for international payments and may appear as the seller on your statement; Paddle handles invoicing and tax remittance. Payments in India are processed by Razorpay. Cards, UPI and netbanking are supported in India; cards, PayPal and Apple Pay internationally.
