Pro unlocks PDF and DOCX export, all 1,000+ premium templates, the ATS Resume Checker, the cover-letter builder, the AI PDF tools and advanced AI rewriting, plus 500 AI credits each month — on top of everything in the Free plan (unlimited resumes and cover letters, standard ATS templates, plain-text TXT download, the PDF and LinkedIn importers, and 20 bonus AI credits on signup). Access is granted immediately after payment, with no separate download or install.

Subscriptions are billed on the interval shown at checkout (monthly or yearly) and renew automatically until cancelled. Some plans start with an introductory price for an initial period, then renew at the standard price — both are shown before you pay. See our Subscription Terms for details.

You can cancel anytime from your account's billing settings (Dashboard → Billing) or by emailing support@craftmydocs.com. Cancelling stops future renewals — you keep Pro access until the end of your current billing period.

Yes — CraftMyDocs offers a 14-day money-back guarantee on your first payment, including plans bought at an introductory price, as long as the subscription has not been substantively used (exporting a document, removing a watermark, running an AI generation or running an ATS scan). Renewal charges are not refundable. See our Refund Policy for how to request one.

No. Every ATS scan — including the basic scan without a job description — needs a signed-in account on an active Pro plan. Building, editing, customizing and importing resumes stay free.

Prices exclude VAT, GST and sales tax where applicable. The exact tax for your billing country is calculated and shown at checkout before you confirm payment. Paddle.com acts as our Merchant of Record internationally and issues your invoice; payments in India are processed by Razorpay.

Nothing is deleted. Your account simply reverts to the Free plan — your resumes, cover letters, and account data remain, but Pro-only features (PDF/DOCX export, premium templates, ATS Resume Checker, cover-letter builder, advanced AI) become unavailable until you resubscribe.

Email support@craftmydocs.com from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We action erasure requests within 30 days and remove your resumes, cover letters and personal data from our production systems, apart from payment records tax law requires us to keep. If you have an active subscription, cancel it first from Dashboard → Billing so no further payment is taken — or say so in the same email and we'll cancel it for you.

Your resume content is encrypted in transit and at rest, and is only used to provide the Service to you. We don't sell your data. See our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy for details.

AI suggestions and rewrites are a starting point to help you write faster — they can be edited or rejected. Always review AI-generated content for accuracy before using it in an application.
