You keep all rights to the resumes and cover letters you create. We only host and process them to provide the Service to you.
AI suggestions can be inaccurate. You're responsible for checking anything AI-generated before relying on or submitting it.
Paid plans, billing, and cancellation are covered in the Subscription Terms; refunds in the Refund Policy.
Don't upload unlawful content, bypass plan limits, or create fraudulent documents. See the Acceptable Use Policy.
The Service is provided "as is" — we don't guarantee interviews, job offers, or any particular result.
Our liability is capped at what you paid us in the 12 months before a claim, to the extent the law allows.
Full Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of CraftMyDocs (the "Service"), provided by Syed Mohammad Amaan. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility & Accounts
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
2. The Service
CraftMyDocs provides a resume and cover-letter builder, AI-assisted writing tools, ATS scoring, and PDF document tools (merge, split, compress, convert, sign, watermark, and similar utilities). Available features depend on your plan — see Subscription Terms.
3. Your Content
You retain all ownership rights in the resumes, cover letters, and other content you create, upload, or generate using the Service ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display Your Content solely to provide the Service to you (e.g. rendering previews, generating exports, running AI assistance you request).
4. AI-Generated Content
AI-assisted suggestions, rewrites, and gap analyses are provided to help you draft and improve your documents. AI output may be inaccurate or require editing. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying the accuracy of any AI-generated or AI-assisted content before relying on or submitting it (e.g. to an employer).
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including uploading unlawful content, attempting to bypass plan restrictions, or using the Service to create fraudulent documents (e.g. fake employment history intended to deceive a third party). See our Acceptable Use Policy for details.
6. Subscriptions & Payments
Paid plans, billing cycles, auto-renewal, and cancellation are described in our Subscription Terms. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Payments are processed by Paddle.com, our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record; "Paddle.com" may appear as the seller of record on your statement.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its templates, software, design, and branding, is owned by Syed Mohammad Amaan and protected by intellectual property laws. Except for Your Content, nothing in these Terms grants you any rights to our intellectual property beyond the limited right to use the Service as permitted by your plan.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that using CraftMyDocs, including AI features or ATS scoring, will result in job offers, interviews, or any particular outcome.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Syed Mohammad Amaan shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
