Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to your use of CraftMyDocs, including the resume and cover-letter builder, AI assistance features, and PDF tools. It supplements our Terms of Service.

1. Prohibited Content

You may not use the Service to create, upload, process, or store content that:

• Is unlawful, fraudulent, or intended to deceive a third party (e.g. fabricated employment history, fake credentials, or forged signatures)
• Infringes the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any person
• Contains malware or is designed to exploit the Service or its users
• Is defamatory, harassing, hateful, or discriminatory
• Impersonates another person without authorization

2. Prohibited Use of AI Features

AI rewriting, gap analysis, and content generation must not be used to generate content described in Section 1, or to systematically generate large volumes of misleading application materials.

3. Prohibited Use of PDF Tools

Tools such as merge, split, compress, convert, sign, and watermark must not be used to alter documents in ways that constitute forgery or fraud (e.g. tampering with official certificates, IDs, or signed contracts belonging to others).

4. System Abuse

• Attempting to bypass plan limits, rate limits, or authentication
• Automated scraping or bulk extraction of templates or other users' content
• Interfering with the operation or security of the Service

5. Enforcement

We may remove content, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate this policy, with or without notice, depending on severity. Suspected illegal activity may be reported to appropriate authorities.
